There seems to be a bit of an international tradition of taking mom out for breakfast or brunch on Mother’s Day. Of course, there is nothing wrong with that at all.  The only problem, really, is figuring out where to take her!

  • Atlantic salmon graviax with Spanish capers and a maple & yuzu glaze

  • Ras El Hanouth lamb stew served with spiced semolina pasta

  • Marinated chicken confit in curry served with Lemongrass-infused Minestrone bouillon
  • Thai-marinated Shrimp and combawa-infused coconut milk served with basmati rice and ginger
